Cookies, consent and the very little we set
This is a short page because there is not much to describe. The site is built as static pages and needs almost nothing from your browser to work.
What is set without asking
Only what the site cannot function without: a small record of the choice you make on the consent notice itself, so you are not asked the same question on every page. It holds your answer and nothing about you. There is no advertising identifier, no cross site tracker and no profile built here.
What waits for your answer
Anything that measures how the site is used waits until you agree. If you decline, nothing is counted and the site behaves exactly as it did before, because none of it depends on measurement. If you agree, what is collected is aggregate and short lived: which pages were read, roughly where from, nothing that identifies a person and nothing kept longer than it is useful.
Declining is a normal answer rather than an obstacle, and it is the answer the notice defaults to.
Changing your mind
Clear the site data in your browser and the consent notice will appear again, so you can answer differently. Any browser can also block this site entirely, which will not break a single page here.
Nothing about a booking ever travels through a link or a web address. Enquiries reach the desk on WhatsApp or Telegram, and the privacy page explains what is kept there and for how long.
The sign stays lit
