There is a point at which a booking stops being a clock and starts being a calendar, and a weekend is that point. Ten hours is the longest line on the ladder and a weekend sits past it, which is why it carries no fixed figure: the honest answer depends on the dates, the district and whether anybody is getting on a train. Send those three things and one figure comes back.
Everything else works as it does on the shorter lines. Her time and her company are what the figure covers, nothing further is offered or sold, and the fee is handed to her in person when she arrives. What a north London weekend looks like
Slower than a weekend anywhere else in the city, mostly because of the walking. Highgate is the sort of place that rewards two days rather than one evening: a hilltop village with no station in it, a park with a terrace looking south over the whole city, and pubs that fill early and empty early.
North again on the ridge, Muswell Hill has no Underground at all and an honest hour's journey from the middle of town, which is precisely why a weekend there feels like leaving London rather than moving about inside it.
How two days usually run
Most weekends here begin on a Friday evening and end after a late breakfast on the Sunday, and they are paced by meals rather than by a timetable. Friday is a table and an early night by London standards. Saturday is the long day: the terrace at Lauderdale House or a loop of the heath in the morning, lunch somewhere with a garden, an hour or two apart in the afternoon if either of you wants it, and a dinner nobody hurries. Sunday is slow on purpose. Tell the desk which parts of that you would change, and the figure is quoted on the shape you actually want.
Away from London altogether
A trip somewhere else is quoted the same way: dates first, then one figure. Travel and rooms are arranged by you in the ordinary manner and her time is what you are booking. Karolina is comfortable arriving somewhere early and simply waiting, which is the single most useful quality across two days. Patricia is thoughtful and unhurried and needs no itinerary to enjoy herself. Vanessa is calm and considered over a long stretch. Lea is old fashioned about evenings and would rather have one long one than three short ones, which turns out to be exactly the right instinct for a weekend.

As much notice as you have, and a week is comfortable.
